Who I am
Hi, I am Anusha, – a digital performance marketer with over 5 years of experience working in remote and work-from-home environments.
Almost whole my career , I had a Work from home as my company was based in a foreign country, I worked long hours sitting at a desk without realizing how much my setup was affecting my health and productivity. Like many people working from home, I struggled with back pain, neck strain, shoulder discomfort, and poor posture caused by uncomfortable chairs, improper desk height, and inefficient workspace setups.
While attending calls over zoom or google meet, I frequently got complaints about the background noise coming from my side (you know how noisy Indian housholds can be), and that would upset me a lot, So researching and choosing the right ANC earphone helped me with my meetings and routine calls a lot.
Over time, I started researching ergonomic chairs, desks, posture improvement, productivity tools, and work setup optimization to understand what actually makes a difference during long working hours.
That journey is what led to Smart Work Setup. I realised , not lot of people actually writing about it.
